New here, 47yo F needing motivation

Hello, I have had this app for awhile I've just never fully used it. I am a member of Beachbody (BODI) and Noom yet Im Struggling to lose weight.
I've been doing Barre Pilates since March and tracking my food since first of year. I am a delivery driver, rec softball coach and watch my grandbabies, so I rack in the steps daily. Yet the scale continues to stay same or go up. My measurements have not changed either. I understand age has a lot to do with it but I constantly watch what I eat.
So I am hoping this group can help get me moving in the right direction

    Hi, welcome. I’m a fellow Noomer as well. Just finishing up a 3 month subscription. I’ve been here at MFP for yrs now after doing a 6 month subscription with Noom many yrs ago. I’ve managed to lose and keep off 60 pounds so far. It’s taken yrs to regain my health but I’ve successfully done so, I think I can say that now. It’s been quite the journey and I’m working towards losing the last 15-20 pounds. We shall see where my body wants to maintain at. 👍 how has your MFP experience been so far?
