Newly widowed

Hi, I am a newly widowed (6months) mum of two young girls 5 and 7. I am slowly getting life in order aftrr losing the most wonderful husband and father juat after xmas in a kayaking accident.

The last 6 months I have been in survival mode. Adding one thing back into or lives at a time, I took some time off work to be there for the children but now I'm back 2 days a week. I spent alot of my time comfort eating.

Today I am starting IF again. My goals for yhe next 30 days
1. Drink 2 litres of water a day
2. 10000 steps a day
3. 120g of protien a day
4. IF from 8pm till 12pm

Im living in Ireland but originally I am from Tasmania Australia.

I love food/cooking, travel, gardening, embroidery and scary movies.
