Fell off the wagon

I know this is a JOURNEY and I am trying so hard to remember that. I am almost 40 and have a goal to get fit by 40. Likely looking to lose around 40 pounds too (coincidence, I think not). :-) Anyways, this last week has been a disaster. I ate feelings, I binged and allowed myself to fall off completely. Just feeling poopy about it. Could use some help.

    Hmmm, your entitled to your feelings but you should just feel them and let it go, don’t beat yourself up, everyday is a new day to make healthy choices. Every misstep along the way is a chance to learn from your experiences. What did you learn about yourself on this most recent fall? What can you do differently that will serve your goals better today and tomorrow. Don’t put yourself down when your simply learning how to live healthy. Lift yourself up and remind yourself you have the rest of your life to live the way you desire to live. Just one day at a time. It sounds like you know all the things to tell yourself to keep going and not give up on your goals. What have you accomplished so far? Remind yourself of the wins.. they help you keep you going so you may reach your goals. I believe you got this. Do you believe you got this?
