If you struggle with eating clean and need some ideas and support, then come join the 10 day clean eating challenge that I'm putting together!! It is a FB group cause I feel that it's a better forum for discussion.
I ran a similar group in July and it was a success! I'm wanting to do it again! It's a group to share ideas, support, recipes and motivation.
