I'm an expat from the Washington, DC area who is now retired and living in Bucerias, Mexico. I have stage 3 CHF and with the help of a good friend, who is a cardiology nurse, I'm fighting for as many years left as I can. With her as my coach, I've declared war on my CHF and as a former Marine, I'm ready to fight. My friends call me Three Bears and if you'd like to do the same, it's fine with me. I'm a good solid 75, I've had an interesting life and have the scars to prove it. I'm also a retired Fire Chief if there are any other old Muckets out there. Let's get this party started.
