Looking for accountability friends - late 40s, coeliac, runner, with a stress-eating habit!

Hi there,
I'm back to MFP again after a break and looking for accountability friends! As the title says, I'm in my late 40s, I have dietary challenges (gluten-free, lapsed vegetarian).
I'm pretty active, I run and cycle most days, I generally eat reasonably well but have an ongoing issue with stress/emotional eating at the moment, I've had quite a bit of upheaval in my life over the past 6 months and feel I really need to draw a line and regain some control. Daily ice-cream and chocolate is not healthy, regardless of size. So although I'm probably about 5kg heavier than I should be, I appreciate that's not a huge amount, and I'm here more to focus on health and nutrition and mindful eating rather than a particular weight goal.
I work from home, happily married, with a group of teenagers between us, in the UK.

Hello! First time posting and thought maybe we can keep each other accountable. I too am active and workout most days just struggle with emotional eating and yo-yo dieting! Want to lose about 5-8kg let’s try together!1
