I am gardengram. I have had success here before but for numerous reasons I have gained back 10 of the 40 pounds I lost over the years. Currently these pounds have raised my blood pressure and affect my breathing. I am on oxygen for exertion and at night. I need encouragement and a friend to help with this project.
