Bad day

I started my morning great today. Had a walking cardio workout and felt great! But had fast food for lunch, came home and devoured Oreos (10) and had Meri chocolate (3). Finally for dinner I had two tomallies, one beef enchilada, ang Arizona Mucho Mango tea. How couldy day go south so quickly?

I think a better question might be, 'what happened and how can accomplish my goals more effectively next time?' None of those foods you listed are inherently bad and the exercise was definitely good, so it's just how you combined them that made it into a bad day, right? During times like this, it can be a good idea to break down the situation and process what happened:

What happened overall? (did you hit your calorie goal? did you have a specific purpose to the day?)
How do you feel about it? (or, conversely, what were you feeling at the time you made those choices?)
What was good or bad about the event? (I sometimes phrase this as 'more effective' or 'less effective')
Why were those things good or bad? (did you eat over your calories, get a stomach-ache, etc)
How will you do things differently or what will you repeat in the future? (think small, practical steps)

Rinse and repeat as needed :) I hope that helps!

You don't say what your daily calorie goal is and if you went over, and by how much. That's what you should be looking at. Do you have a digital food scale. Are you weighing and measuring all food and drink? Without that knowledge, it's hard to turn things around.

No I do think that is the answer - nothing wrong with having fast food if it fits your overall nutrition/ calorie goals.

I have fast food and my day doesn't lose the plot.

Others have given good answers for OP to consider.

10 oreos doesnt sound good to me, unless they are very mini size. Things to consider if trigger foods are an issue: don't have them in the house, buy individually packaged ones, plan to have one or two as measured snack, explore alternative healthier snacks.

I'm going to assume that if you'd been stress eating, you would have mentioned that, so have these questions:
    1. How many calories did you have for breakfast? How many grams of protein and fiber were in breakfast?
    2. Did you get fast food because you had failed to plan and had nothing prepared or a plan for lunch?
