I just completed my first month and I have to say I feel completely different.

I have a lot more energy and have had to make a couple new holes in my belt apart from feeling a bit looser on my big shirts. I've been consuming less than my calorie count and have done about 30 min of light jog and 30 min of intense HIIT workouts. 6 days a week and keep my meals below 500 calories. I have not weighed myself but i started at 290 and have worked to lose 2 pounds a week. I feel a lot lighter and have seen my belly fat drop. I dont plan on weighing myself till 3 months later.

I'm so proud of my progress and am glad that all of us here are to meet our goals! Stay strong my people. We will all succeed together!!
