Hello, Trying again

I thought I would say hello and introduce myself - I am 49 and definitely realizing that it just keeps getting harder to keep the weight off. I did some research and found that strength training with HIIT and watching my macros is the best combo for me. I am currently doing the LIIFT4 workout from Beachbody, adding in some additional HIIT.
