I really need to get my game plan together.
Like so often happens if you slack off, I have gained back what I worked so hard to lose. My plan is to enjoy all the good things -- fresh non-starchy veggies, fruits, lean protein sources and life!
I'm a fairly new Type 2 Diabetic. A1c was 6.2 both times it was measured in the last several months. I'm on a low metformin dose (time release) but the weight is creeping back. I got too comfortable and stopped tracking and exercising. Stupid, I know.
Anyway, I am back at MFP and looking for some friends.
I am 63YO, a nearly 6-ft tall female at 210, looking to get to 170. I've gotten to Onderland a few times and can't wait to return there again. I had to buy several pairs of new shorts this summer. How embarrassing.
