Hi all, im returning to MFP after a couple years M.I.A (watching the pounds rack up on the scales) im 31 nd from Scotland and looking to loose 4.5 stone to reach my goal.
Due to my work, i sit at a desk most of the time during the week. Mixed with busy schedules, there seems to be less time to fit in exercise so counting calories is now my hobby.
Im 4 days in so far and seem to be in a better frame of mind than before.
Im looking to join discussions and make friends with similiar people who we can keep each other motivated on the hard days.

Welcome! I have a desk job, too, and it’s super easy to just not do a lot during the workday. I’ve started to get up and walk around more often and, if I’m in the office, take a walk at lunch, even if it’s just 10 minutes.
Of course that’s easy now for summer. I’m sure I’ll need to get more creative when winter hits.
