I have been on this app for over five months now and I love it. I did keto to drop my weight down to my goal. For the past three weeks I have switched from keto to just eating well balanced meals. The biggest change is eating oatmeal for breakfast and popcorn for snacks and to my surprise my weight has stayed the same. I like it because the oatmeal for breakfast keeps me full for a longer time. Thanks to everyone for all the encouragement!
