I just joined about 2 months ago and am finding this an excellent way to track what I eat. I was on Wyegovy for a couple of months, loss 20 but had to quit due to side effects. Determined not to gain after getting off the medication, I needed a way to watch what I ate and also incorporated exercise and strength training. So far I am still loosing by using this app!
