Hi, Im Scot. A 61 year old single male here in south eastern Washington state. Im having a problem with my left hip and need to loss some pounds to have it fixed. First time with the " counting calories " thing. But after talking with friends and family, they all say its a great place to start. So today I begin be using my fitness pal. Here I go!

Hi Scot. Losing weight will be a huge help. So will exercising to increase your overall muscle strength. Stretching wouldn't go amiss either.0
