Hi all! I have been looking into if Keto would work well for me. I have stomach issues where as soon as I eat i'm usually running to the bathroom. I have tried cutting out foods to see what the culprit is but not much luck besides sugar, dairy and gluten items. Seriously anything I eat does this to me.
My main question is would a Cirkul water bottle break a fast?

What's your goal in fasting?
There aren't fasting police. If your goal is weight loss, then the only reason to fast is if fasting makes it easier for you to stick with a reasonable calorie goal long enough to lose the weight.
If you're fasting for some other reason(s), it might help to know what those are. It's up to you to decide how to eat (including what counts as breaking a fast), but knowing what you hope to achieve by fasting would help others give you well-informed advice. Cirkul has different formulations, so which you're using might affect the answer, too.0 -
No, it shouldn't break your fast as long as it's 0 calorie.0

Sorry to not answer your original question. But, have you seen your doctor about your bathroom habits? It kind of sounds like a little bit of Irritable bowl syndrome. If I have too much dairy or too much whole grains, I'm running to the bathroom as well0
