Fitbit Steps Now Show Less Calories

in MyFitnessPal Tech Support Questions
Been using Fitbit devices to synch with MFP for several years. Treated myself to an upgrade Fitbit about 4 weeks ago, and the steps are translating to much less calories in MFP. Haven't altered any goals, and weight hasn't changed more than 1lb since new Fitbit. Any suggestions why 17K steps is now around 200 less calories in MFP? Thanks
