Macros

Hi All,
I’m using the app along side the Marco Method book, as they recommend the app. However according to the book I’m under my macro’s according to this app I’m over everyday.
How do I get them to balance?

    Can you give a concrete example?
    Same calorie goal for both? What macro goals in grams and percentage?

    Have you changed your macro goals in the settings? You might need to do that. Also, are you looking at grams or percents for macros? If you're looking at grams, you'll probably need to do some playing around in the app.

    Thanks for the advice.
    I’m doing 40% carbs and 30% for protein and fat, I’ve also matched up the grams as well in the settings but I still get it stating I’m over every day.
    When I was only following the book I didn’t worry about being over as I’m following it to the letter but now I’m tracking in the app as well it’s confusing me.
    I feel it get the app not state over ever day I’ll eating next to nothing.

    I'm not sure what's going on, if you're on track for your calorie goal, you can't be over all three of your macros, unless you're choosing wrong database entries?
