Hello all!

Not new to the app but have not used the community feature. My name is John. I am 54 years old, and am trying to improve my overall health and weight. I am working on my type 2 diabetes, fatty liver, and have a abdominal aorta aneurysm. A couple of my success’s are I have lowered my insulin I take and have lost 18 lbs.

I have been walking at least 2 miles a day and on some days 5 miles. I have started adding in some strength training.
