Need support for weight loss

Hi, my name is Mary and I’m new to the app. I’m desperately trying to not only lose about 10 pounds but stay motivated to do my exercises every day and vent about the frustration that my body is not changing. Lol I guess I have a pear-shaped or apple shaped body where I’m completely round in the center with skinny legs and skinny arms. I have my mothers body to be sure I look like a beer barrel, lol just trying to get that slim down. I’m 60 but very active. I mean sort of active.

    You're in the right place. I've been using the app for 9-10 years and it's the first thing I recommend people use for weight loss. You can't improve unless you measure and the app will help a lot. Set your weight goal, and follow it's calorie targets. You can get that needle moving!
