No you won't. Usually when i have a cheat meal, it sets me back a few days then i go back to my regular weight.0

Your weight loss will pretty much be about your average calorie intake over a period of time. If you have a high-calorie day, those calories average in with your lower-calorie days.
If you eat enough calories on a cheat day to completely wipe out the calorie deficit from the other days, you won't lose weight.
If you have a high day from a cheat meal, your weight loss will be slower than if you'd not had the higher calorie day, but had eaten your regular goal calories instead. Whether that's OK or not is up to you.0
