New Member!

Hey there, everyone! Just started tracking all my food last week so going on a couple weeks and it’s super helpful to stay within my calorie range. I’m also doing the V Shred 90 day program, so I’m logging all that fitness tracking. I’m getting from my Fitbit love being able to combine food, tracking and exercise, and, also inner minute fasting on this app! I have a goal to lose 40 pounds, to get back to my pre-baby weight. I know with focus I can do it! More than size, though, I desperately want to get my metabolism firing again to have more overall energy. I feel so fatigued all the time, not the mama of a toddler I want to be! Excited to get back to a healthier me! 💖 :)
