I decided to join a site where I could count calories and monitor what I eat so I can keep to 2000 or under per day. I weigh 148 pounds and I'm 5" 3 ish so a bit overweight. I love working out to Blogilates excersizes on youtube and hiking, but I generally excersize everyday for a week, then don't excersize for another couple of weeks. I don't know how to keep it consistent but I'd love some ideas? :)

Anyway that was a bit long and boring, but it's nice to meet you all.
