Excercise plan

Hi…can anyone suggest me a structured workout plan..how do u all plan your gym session? I normally split into one day upper next day lower..am I doing right? I workout at gym for 5 days per week..cheers !!

    that sounds like a good plan.. many peope do that. I find it overwhelming lately, as i want to strengthen my hips and work on my posuture as well as all the rest it takes to keep in shape. It is a lot to try and fit into a doable routine. I started with the hips routine and i'm adding posture this week. I've done the rest for years.. so fitting that in when i get this down.. should happen.
