Neuropathy problems! May food be your medicine...

Balanced diet and supplementation have helped me with my symptoms of neuropathy... helping to reduce pain and inflammation.

My diet :
50%/25%/25%
- Ensure over half your diet is made up of vegetables, a quarter plant protein (beans,
legumes, soy) and a quarter complex carbohydrate (whole grains, root veg).
- Always pair high-fiber carbohydrates (including fruit) with a source of protein to keep
your blood sugars balanced.
- I try to limit animal products to under 3 servings of "ORGANIC", grass-fed animal protein a week.
- Buy organic whenever possible to avoid pesticides.

I take...

CBD Oil full spectrum daily at the same time.
Curcuma pills.
Green Tea.

Supplements (I start with the top 4 and work your way down):
Good quality multivitamin providing the RDA's of all essential vitamins and minerals,
especially vitamins B1, B6 and B9
 Vitamin D supplement providing 2000 IU per day
 Vitamin B12 supplement providing at least 500mcg (micrograms) per day
Omega-3 supplement - 1000mg (milligrams) per day
Alpha lipoic acid - 300mg per day
Acetyl-l-carnitine - 500mg twice a day
N-acetyl cysteine - 600mg twice a day
Cordyceps militaris - 500mg per day
Lion's mane - 250mg per day

Ask your doctor this has worked for me.

Greetings!

I actually do a lot of this except pair fruit. Fruit is best eaten alone early in the day, or before a meal. I don't eat any animal products.
