Hi

Well saying hi, my name is Lisa and just joined. Doin this to get my physical and mental health. My family on both sides have had heart issues. I am now 52 and overweight and feel stiff and achy. Want to improve my physical and mental health as I do not feel great about myself for me or my husband.
So here we go. A week off tracking and walking and now communication....thanks

    Wishing you success! I certainly found that getting to a healthy weight (at 59-60) and getting more active (in my late 40s) both improved my stiffness and achiness, not to mention overall quality of life. You're doing a good thing for your future self.
