Steps

Any tips on how to get my fitness pal to accurately show the number of steps that are on my Apple Watch. I synced my Apple health app and allowed all of the data to be accessible in the settings, but it is still not reflecting, my actual number of steps…

There’s a lag time before steps post from Apple Watch.

If you want to see them faster, you’ll need to sync:

Ive tried this over and over and it doesn’t seem to want to sync for me 😢 any other ideas?

I could never get it to sync right. I use a go between. My watch is synced to Pacer and then Pacer is synced to MFP. It’s a work around that has worked for me for several years. I do sometimes have to go into pacer and hit the sync button but it always works.

MFP has no problems putting my exercise work outs from my watch in though.

if you walk 5000 steps in the morning and 5000 steps at noon it only registers the morning walk steps in the calories earned. Even when I sync again it stays the same as the morning steps. How can I fix this?
