Hey all

Just joined. I have been back on the bike and in the pool for a while, but the diet is really holding me back. Carbs, sweets, alcohol....58, 5'10 195 and am going to see how I look and feel at 175, if I can get there. I work a lot and am under stress. Got a good report from the cardiologist other than I likely have a sleep disorder. Thus, I am tired often. Not good for workouts, not good for diet. Anyway, glad to be here and looking forward to discussion and progress reports.
