My recent weight lost in 4 days

I was able to lose 6 pounds of weight in a 4 days but limiting my diet to 1500 calories, working out, drinking a gallon and a half of water a day, and drink a lot of green tea with detox smoothies

Mostly water weight in a beginner loss like that.
If your calorie intake is appropriate you will continue to lose weight at a steady pace over time.
1500 is too low for most men (I presume you are a man by your user name combination Troy and Wolfgang)
How did you get that number?
the water and green tea are good for dehydration and if you are drinking them instead of higher calorie options - but no need to detox.1 -
