Hello everyone

My goal is to lose 20kg that I gain during covid. I would love to connect with anyone who has a similar goal.

My plan is to eat around 2000 calories a day, and I'll start doing some light exercise. My perfect exercise would involve some sport or dancing because I get bore if I only go to the gym to lift. I might also walk or run.

I feel motivated and I might even try to do intensive exercise bur I prefer to start slowly as I am not sure how consistent I'll be in my journey.

I'm 108kg, 6" 2' and I consider I have good genes to keep a fix weight. I went from 90kg to 105kg during covid and I haven't gained a lot more weight after that, so as I said I'm confident that if I go back to 85kg, 90kg I would be able to keep healthy for a long time. I don't know why I wrote too much... sorry. Comment if you have any advice for me.
