Bariatric support

Is there anyone in this group that is over 200 lb that has not had weight loss surgery? I had the gastric sleeve 6 years ago, but I only lost 30 pounds. I gained it all back plus some. I've been logging on my fitness pal for over 2 years now. It helps me keep my daily calories in check. I am a binge eater who is in counseling. My current weight is 320 lbs. I'm looking for support on how to make dietary changes that are maintainable as a lifestyle change. It is not possible for me to completely give up carbs. I have tried and tried for more than 6 years now and have been unsuccessful. Any support, ideas, or resources are welcomed

Have you tried not changing your food choices but using a food scale so you are only weighing what fits into your daily calorie allotment?1
