@MadisonMolly2017 , I feel your pain, I had to take more frequent rest days in July as one of my hips hurts all the time, even hip stretches make it worse. I want to keep being active and fit for the next 30 years or so, so need to keep moving, just choose exercises which don't hurt too much

Thank you so much for your kindness, @lazycat2018. Doing decluttering today & two errands got me up to 6K steps. Frequent rests and short periods of walking worked pretty well - also switched shoes twice LOL

Have your doctors been of help with your hip? I know of several people who felt pain free after hip replacement surgery. A big deal I know, but pain free! Best of luck to you - I hope you you can get some answers. 16 days to my appointment, but who’s counting LOL

Thank you, Molly, I have not been to doctors yet, still hoping it will go away some day, did some strength exercise yesterday and don’t feel any worse today so maybe it’s the way, although I like walking and will keep to it.

I like the way you are coping, taking rests between short exercise intervals works for me too and still adds up. These days, even fitness professionals are thinking it’s the right way to exercise, so we must be doing something right!!!

    Take care x
