Greetings new to MFP, 2nd trip through the weight loss experience

Well, I'm back at my heavy weight of 250 after several years of not tracking and paying attention; did this once before and got down to 190 which was very comfortable, but I let up on the vigilance, and the weight eventually came back. So, back I go to daily tracking, but I'm older now and can't lean on exercise to make deficit eating not so stingy!! Gotta work on the approach to things as well.
