Now that I've been going to the gym pretty regularly, I've noticed something. I'm literally the only woman who stays in the weights section, at least at during the time I'm there. For the most part the guys just go about their daily routines but I notice that some of them kinda laugh in my direction, giving off a vibe that I shouldn't be there. Those a-holes.

But whatever I usually just concentrate on my own stuff. I think though on a number of occasions guys have mistakenly thought I've been checking them out because I'm looking at them as they lift to try to help me with my own lifting form. There are two men who never fail to re-rack their weights though, and leave them lying around everywhere, its so annoying! RAWR

My sincere advice is that you spend more time lifting and less time mind reading while you're at the gym. Your lifting will improve over time but your mind reading abilities will remain tainted by your own insecurities

Serious question: How does one laugh in someone's direction? Do you aim your mouth at them as you laugh, or something? :indifferent:
