Hello,

My name is Carol. I signed up on June 26th on the recommendation of my doctor to gain weight, which I have a long ways to go. I have been entering a daily food log, meeting my calorie goal, all but one day.

I use the website app, since the Google Play app is not compatible with my government phone. On the Check-in section on the website, on the same page you log your weight, there is a section to enter your Neck, Hip, and Waist measurements. The MFP management recommends updating those measurements every 2-4 weeks. I have a very small frame, compounded by osteoporosis.

Here is my question, in regards to the above paragraph. Should the unit of measurement for Neck, Hip, and Waist be recorded as Inches or Centimeters? The MFP system does not specify.

Thanks in advance for your assistance!
Carol

It can be either. It's just for you to track your own progress, so it would make sense to use the units that are most intuitive or familiar to you.
