I am now on a gf/df lifestyle change. Not by choice. Hope everyone I'd doing good. And trying to get motivated!

Some advice I would give you: motivation is overrated, don't wait for it to get going!
It's good to have some 'deep' motivation: reasons why you're doing this (improving health, feeling better...)
But motivation in the sense of 'feeling excited and enthusiastic'? Bad foundation for life changes, because it is highly fleeting.
It's all about habits, changing them, which usually works best done gradually. Consistency/ discipline is what you need.
An often used comparison here: think of it like brushing your teeth. Something you because you need to do and because it's a habit, most people are not 'motivated'/excited about brushing their teeth.1
