Need Balanced Recipes using Non-Processed Food

I've done all diets and have experienced a bounced re-gain of the weight eventually. I know that my body needs meals with a balance of non-processed protein, carbs, vegetables and fat. This balance removes my cravings. My challenge now is that since I'm now retired, I am making my own meals and I NEED FULL MEAL RECIPES that include this balance. I tend to get bored with the same go-to recipes. Do you have any to share?
