Weights to develop my Trapeziums

Hi folks. A good trap workout would even out my shoulder and arm muscle session. Can anyone suggest one to isolate the trap? I’m relatively new to weights but I’m 2mths in and loving it. Thank you!

Honestly, just Google, there are so many options, including face pull, db upright row, barbell rack pull, db shrugs, lateral raises, farmer carry, etc.

I find Jonni Shreve's channel has excellent form explanations.

At 2 months in IMO don't be doing trap isolation work. Heavy (for you) deadlifts and farmer's carries is all you need to effectively build traps. Good luck.

Basically just do shrugs. Be it with a barbell or dumbbells or a machine.

Deadlift is a compound exercise but it will target mainly your quads/glutes/hamstrings. Traps are just a stabilizer for it.

Mine are developed from heavy barbell bent over rows and shrugs. I do a slight lean forward on shrugs.
