Hi I’m Ashleigh and I’ve just recently really started using my fitness pal, I have had it on my phone for years but never really invested time into it and I’ve decided that I’m ready to take a step forward into my new health journey. My mom has always gone back and forth from losing a ton of weight and looking healthy to going back to eating bad and gaining it all back. She has always tried to get me to lose weight with her and get on a healthy path but then I try and never really get anywhere or just am so addicted to eating all this fast food because it’s convenient… and who wants to go home after a long day at work and cook, Not me so I’m trying to find some healthy meal prep ideas so if any of y’all can help me that would be greatly appreciated!
