At what point you become a success is entirely up to you. Beauty, as they say, is in the eye of the beholder.

What are your goals? Do you want to reach the healthy BMI range for your height? Do you want to reach a certain body fat percentage? Are you trying to get your resting heart rate down to a certain level? Do you want to stop taking blood pressure medication? Do you want your Hemoglobin A1C level to be at a certain percentage? Are you trying to fit into a particular suit you haven't worn in five years? Are you trying to beat a personal record in a 5K? Are you trying to bench press a certain number of pounds?

Who can say when you are a success, but you?

Pick your goal and set to work.

You are a success when you take the steps to better yourself.

ETA: It ain't easy being cheesy
  • I believe a success means that you have become entirely comfortable in your own skin with the weight, muscle etc you have worked on... I hope that makes sense!
