My bro-in-law came to live with us for the last few weeks, and he brought tons of candy, ice cream, other snacks into my house! So it was pretty much a stall for weight loss lol. But at least I know why. He moved out again and I'm back to mediterranean diet and intermittent fasting.

July 20 187 I have been on two vacays this month and have a weekend trip this weekend. Really hoping itβs still just retaining water and will eventually come off after all this travel and eating out. Also started my new job at work and now have to get up at 430 am so I can workout. Itβs an adjustment for sure.
It is odd that there isnβt more people. Iβve been in this group a long time and it usually has about 5 consistent people. Maybe they will pop back in next month.

I gave up on tracking food/calories for a more intuitive eating approach. Sensing hunger, doing more smoothies, soups and salads and keeping it to smaller portions when I do eat what family eats for dinner. It's just easier for me. I'm happy with the gradual loss and trying to keep going slow and steady. Listening to my motivational podcasts and youtube helps me stay on track too. Found Half Size Me podcast to be super helpful and encouraging.1 -
