Hello Friends!

I've been logging on MFP for almost a month now, it's going well! 29/F. I have been on a weight loss journey since January 21 and I've lost ~60 pounds already. (255>197.) MFP is my way of amping it up a little more, as I've stalled out around the halfway mark. Only so much you can do if you're not in complete awareness of what you're eating.

I'm sticking around 400 calories per meal with a 100 calorie buffer, and it's working out well!
