September 3rd, 30 day shred challenge

Hello all

I knew I was going to eat bad during this long holiday weekend. So I have decided to start the 30 day shred tomorrow. Anyone interested in joining me?

My motivation: my brother's engagement party in 1 month.:wink:

    I'm on Day 8 of Level 1, but would love to join a group just starting up so we can track our progress together.

    It's already September 3rd here (New Zealand) so I've got a bit of a head start anyway.

    I'm LOVING it by the way. Didn't die as I expected I would at the beginning and am really getting into it now.

    I'm on Day 2 level 2 (Already done level 1) - It's a killer but I feel great in the day for having done it!

    My inspiration is my holiday on 29th of September where I want to lose at least 5lbs and tighten up a bit (if possible in a month lol)

  • I'm on day 14 (day 4 of level 12) - but if you are doing it every day you'll catch me up as I'm having one or two rest days a week where I do something else. But my goodness - if you're just starting - it's great. I didn't notice that much of a change in the first week, but by day 10 my arms were showing more definition and my tummy was flatter . When I'm done, I'm going to try it again without any modifications and some slightly heavier weights.

    Shredtember. I'm in!
