I'm new but not new to my fitness pal, paid for the subscription a couple of years ago but never really used it...
Iv come back to it on a free basis just to add my weight log.. lost a stone with all good intentions so it's all good news, I'd like to loose another stone and try get myself back to a size 8 to 10, currently at size 12 but was heading to a size 14 until I put my Act in gear of becoming self controlled and long suffering with much fasting and prayer .. I managed to reach my achievement to gain what I set out todo...
Loosing weight is a challenge .. but fasting is also even more of a challenge, it is disciplining your body, detoxing and cleansing the old to make room for a new beginning.
I have reached my 7 day challenge after today.. but tomorrow will be my vegetable and fruit challenge of no meats.
So I thought maybe I'll try frozen veg and some fresh, then the Week after introduce meats...
So fasting 7 days to cleans with plenty water and citris fruits in the water to give some flavouring, sparkling water I used. But this has caused some form of acid as the fizz rising from an empty stomach isn't the best. .. but still water soothes it..
Then a fruit and veg only challenge for 7 days.
Then I'll try the slimming world books of 5 items per meal recipe book.. ..
Avoiding the pork as this is the animal that cannot sweat .. which then obsorbs all that into its body and we then eat it.
So miss out the piggy 🐷
Apart from that. .. I think its all well and good and hopefully on a nice journey ahead to reaching my 8 to 10 size slim and elegant lady 👩 is what I would like to achieve..
I also do some swimming and horse riding once or twice a week so this also helps to gain toning and mental health.. ..
