To get your calories, put your stats in here: https://www.myfitnesspal.com/account/change-goals-guided
Use this as a guide to set your weekly weight loss goal:
FYI, "How many times a week do you plan on exercising?" does not factor into your calorie budget - log your exercise as you do it and plan to eat some portion of your exercise calories back.
Everything I do on desktop automatically syncs to the app on my phone.

MFP default for carbs is 50%. The Dietary Guidelines for Americans recommend that carbohydrates make up 45% to 65% of your total daily calorie intake. So anything less than 45% is technically low carb.
If you have a health condition and were told by a medical provider that you need to eat low carb, get specifics from them, or, if this was from a doctor with little to no background in nutrition, ask for a referral to a dietitian, or a diabetes educator if that applies to you.1
