Minimum calories

Hello guys…I just wanna ask if is ok to consume 1300 calories per day and work out 4-5 days a week and loose each day around 400-500 cal/per day…Is this ok and healthy for loosing weight???Thx

That would be netting at the end of the day 800-900 calories. That's too low. If you're a female, you could probably get away with 1300 TOTAL if you eat back your exercise calories but it really depends on your current size / weight and overall goal.0
