Just wanted to say hello and I am back trying this again. I lost weight on it before but of course fell off the wagon. So far I've lost 7 lbs and 21 days and I figured out I'm going to have to track my food probably for the rest of my life. If I don't want to gain it back. Any of you feel the same way?

Hi @Soflocean Welcome back! I'm learning the same - if I keep an honest food diary then I'll lose weight, if I stop tracking then it all creeps back up 🤷♀️
I'm putting a bit of time in now to save the meals I eat most frequently to save time adding them to the food diary.
