Weigh accurately, log honestly, keep up with it every single day, build new habits, and give yourself grace.
No day is perfect, some are less perfect than others, but keep plugging away.
After the first couple of months it’s no longer a chore, just a habit.
Know that your weight will go up-sometimes several pounds overnight- for any number of reasons, but know also, if you are diligent with that weighing and logging, the ultimate numbers will keep going down.0
