So i have been religiously counting calories to determine my food intake for the last 6 months and have now decided to stop because it was giving me an eating disorder.
I am going ok so far, but I'm still not sure what the right amount of food to eat is?
I am 5'6, female and moderately active
So far i have eaten
1/4 cup of muesli and milk for breakfast, apple for a snack, cheese sandwich for lunch and a mandarine.
I am feeling a little hungry though and wanted to know if it would be reasonable to eat a little more, or does my body need time to adjust?
Thanks so much!
