I’ve recently been struggling with my weight. I always have had to watch, but once I started counting points or calories the weight came off. Well, now I’m 43 & it’s not coming off so easily.

With some research I’ve decided to intermittent fast, count calories, and do some kind of exercise 5 days a week. Eating Whole Foods are my goal because I feel better when I do.

Now this all sounds great as I type it out, but don’t let me fool you- I love cake! 🤣

Hoping to lose at least 50 to 65 over the next 2 years!

I need friends that aren’t super judgmental & are ok with me doing my thing & not trying to tell me that I’m doing it all wrong. I love great advice, but I get discouraged when someone is trying to make me do what works for them. I know my bodies changing & I am figuring it out of what my body needs!
